This award is given to companies who have met and exceeded the quality standards and operational excellence set forth by NASA for industry. The NASA Office of Small Business Programs recognizes industry achievement in, and in support of, the Agency’s Small Business Program each fiscal year. Annually, OSBP issues a call for nominations for the current Fiscal Year for the Small Business Advocates Awards (SBAA) and Small Business Industry Awards (SBIA) programs. Individuals and/or teams (SBAA) and companies (SBIA) must be nominated by a NASA civil servant through the NASA Vendor Database in order to be eligible for an award. Self-nominations are not accepted.
The quality of work performed by the Business Integra team under the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) contract, Goddard IT Integration and Support Services (GITISS) qualified Business Integra to receive this award. Business Integra has demonstrated the ability to support the GSFC CIO and organizations across Goddard and NASA HQ in many mission critical functions.
