We assess policies and processes – and how an organization plans, designs, delivers, operates, and upgrades the IT used by its stakeholders and customers. Our quest is to solve the business problems of our clients by matching their mission needs with targeted technical solutions. We understand the interplay between data centers, infrastructure, middleware, applications, O&M, and help desks.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM):

Business Integra is certified as CMMI Level 5 for Service, CMMI Level 4 for Development,  ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 20000:2011 (IT Service Management Systems), and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management Systems). Our program managers are all PMPs, and many are ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and/or CISM/CISSP certified as well. We follow industry best practices “by the book” – but also apply our 20+ years of federal experience, wisdom, and commonsense to the benefit of our customers. We design, develop, engineer, deploy, operate, maintain, consult, collaborate, patch, and upgrade systems. In the federal sector, we consistently achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) and kudos for our commitments to excellence, quality control, and continuous improvement.
